• At least 5 years working related experience in a manufacturing industry, familiar with commercial process.
• Broad understanding of supply chain management and Logistics
• Customer-oriented, good interpersonal, strong communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and good time management ability.
1. Order Entry within 24hrs upon receipt of orders from Customer; (base on Master Data is ready in SAP)
2. Order confirmation within 72hrs upon receipt of orders from Customers;
3. Order-entry errors are measured and managed to eliminate the cause of the errors;
4. Customer satisfaction evaluation;
5. Customer complaints handled timely;
6. Quotation sent to customers timely; (24hrs upon receipt quote from Sales managers)
7. Price list maintained in SAP timely; (24hrs after quotation confirmed by Customers)
8. Business partner master data template completed timely;(24hrs upon got all information from Business/customers)
9. Communication internal & external timely;
10. Weekly & monthly sales report timely;
