1.Min M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering;
2.Min 8 years of relevant experience;
3.Experience with testing and experimental methods for automotive components;
4.Skilled in preparing and giving presentations;
5.Experience with cumulative damage models and fatigue failures;
6.Strong expertise with analysis of statistical distributions, in particular Weibull analysis;
7.Able to work independently.
1.Support engineering test and technical team members to determine what product testing is required and sign off products to production;
2.Oversee testing or development activities to ensure appropriate resources are utilized efficiently and safely to achieve project objectives;
3.Prepare clear and concise technical documents including reports, presentations and instructions;
4.Oversee development of new methods of evaluation aligned with improved efficiency or product technical development;
5.Articulate engineering principles to products reliability, Apply fundamentals and mathematical models and theories to engineering issues and to solve problems;
6.Define test standards and loading for laboratory durability tests based on vehicle field (road) life duty cycles;
7.Design experiments of comparison and experiments of evaluation, analyze data;
8.Test equipment and people management;
9.Analyze warranty data, identify trends.
