1.Be responsible for assisting overall Administrative management in PDC, include canteen, cleaning, security and other related works.
2.Sanitary management, include all consumables, green and other required supplies to make sure office running in good order.
3.Visa, work permit management.
4.Driving, housing management and other support to expatriate.
5.Be responsible for seating layout and seating arrangement in PDC.
6.PDC visitor receiving, answer and relay telephone calls, resolve routine inquiries. Maintain and distribute internal phone list.
7.Other Admin related works supported to PDC.
8.Other works assigned by manager.
• College degree or above with major in English, secretary or equivalent.
• Minimum two years related experience of Administrative management, preferred in multination company with employee 500+.
