1.Promote HR programs and consistent application of policies and procedures.
2.Provide direction and guidance to line managers on matters of interviewing,hiring,terminating,promoting,performance reviewing.
3.Participate in the development of staffing plans to meet operational requirements.
4.Assure effective recuitment,seletion and orientation of new employees and/or alternative staffing.
5.Lead Training & Development process to facilitate annual training plan generation and implementation, talent assessment, succession planning, etc.
6.Ensure HR compliance with regulatory agencies and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7.Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind non-voluntary separations.
8.Participate in HR Projects as directed.Required to helm all HR projects that are mandated by head office in local entity.Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
9. Other tasks assigned by China HR Director.
1.Bachelor''s degree or above.
2.10 years related working experiecce,with at least 5 years'' experience as HR Manager within a MNC environment.
3.Well-versed in relevant regulatory,tax and statutory requirements in areas where we have employees.
4.Good analytical skills.
5.Able to work with minimum supervision.
6.Ability to organize and prioritize work.
7.Passion to work,highly self-motivated.
8.Possess mental toughness in dealing with difficult situation and or people.
9.Good oral and written communications skills.
10.Must be proficient in English (both oral & written).
11.Ability to interact with people in various departments and at different levels.
12.Ability to maintain Confidentiality.
13.Must be PC-literate and extensive Excel/Powerpoint/Word user.
