The creation and achievement of annual operating plan for Sales and Marketing operations including expenses, sales targets, revenue expectations and profit margins.
Responsible for achieving annual sales budgets and works closely with sales and marketing organization to grow sales volume on assigned product lines.

Bachelor degree in related automotive or marketing majoring. Proven records with 5 years senior experience in product management related position at least.
2.汽车售后市场管理经验，优秀的商业逻辑和产品及市场知识（汽车滤清器/电池/养护用品/水泵/底盘系统等）。Experienced in aftermarket. Requires excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of products and markets. (automotive filters/ automotive batteries and care products such as coolant Freon ect…/water pumps/chassis system ).
3. 英语读写流利Fluent English both in oral and written。
