Be actively involved in the APQP-process as a APQP project team member representing the Quality function
Verify that results from all relevant APQP activities are documented and meet customer requirements
Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan
Actively involved in PFMEA (enhance error proofing)
Identify risks, analyze them, elevate to the correct level of management, suggest corrective actions, and verify closure of open issues during program phase;
Contact person as delegated project to customer SQE/STA responsible;
Support timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off
Customer audit regarding project development
Other task as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical position related to quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
Experience with IATF16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
Familiar with main OEM customer requirement, such as: GM, FAW-VW, Ford, etc.
Knowledge of Chemical industry and car inner material
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills.
