职位描述及要求：
- Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the feasibility study on JIG/Tooling development according to customer preliminary design and requirement.
2.Provide Risk assessment and solution study from technical point of view. Work with purchase team on cost assessment and lead time evaluation.
3.Work with internal team and external supplier on JIG/Tooling development and upgrading technical exchanges.
4.Manage JIG/Tooling development schedule with supplier closely to ensure the implementation on schedule and successfully.
5.Responsible to organize the new JIG/Tooling pre-acceptance, debugging, final acceptance on site, track the problem list till to solve completely and adapt improvement into new projects.
6.Participate in the design review of product drawing, provide constructive comments on JIG/Tooling based on the product process, reliability, and cost.
7.Responsible for the integration of JIG/Tooling with machines.
8.Take charge of automation design, revamp, and implementation for production productivity improvement.
9.Work with internal team and resource externally to figure out localized technical solutions to short the lead time, reduce cost and enhance performance and safety perspective as well for plant team.
10.Technical engagement for workshop digitalization implementation.
11.Other project management tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in mechanical automation or related.
- 5 Minimum experience in automation, tooling, fixture, automotive industry background is preferred.
- Familiar with mechanical design and machining principle.
- Good English ability will be plus.
- Familiar with PRO/E, SOLID WORKS and CAD drawing software.
- Familiar with controller and other parts selection.
