职位描述及要求：
- Job Description职位概要:Process cost calculation,variance analysis,monitor implementation of cost reduction program,prepare internal and external financial report .执行成本计算,差异分析,监督成本降低方案的执行,编制内部和外部财务报告. Finance Analysis,In charge of cost analysis,customer P&L analysis,improve report process and management report,provide constructive proposal of cost reduction,assist annual budget preparation 财务分析,负责成本分析,项目损益分析,优化报告流程和管理报表,提出降低成本的建设性方案,协助编制年度预算.
Job description工作内容：
1.Purchase price comparison ，采购比价分析；
2.PPV tracking & analysis 物料价差跟踪、分析、处理及定期汇报;
3.OPO (Open Purchase Oder)在途采购订单跟踪、分析
4.Monitor inventory and cost reduction programs监督库存和成本降低方案;
5. Material cost analysis 材料成本分析;
6. Labor cost analysis 人工成本分析
7.Quotation analysis 报价分析;
8.Collect production information and complete monthly customer PL 收集生产相关信息,完成月度项目损益表
9.Operation level Income statement preparation 二级核算的后续跟踪分析汇总改善建议并定期汇报
Job qualification任职资格：
Education Background教育背景:
Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting or IE, 财务或工艺工程相关专业本科以上学历
Training Experience培训经历：New GAAP training .新会计准则培训.
Experience经验:
Over one year costing work experience，be famailier with manufacture process and product structure
一年以上成本工作经验，熟悉生产制造过程和产品结构
Skill and Technique技能技巧：
1.Knowledge of accounting software 熟悉会计软件;
2.Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;精通Excel和Word;
3.Good command of English.良好的英文表达能力;
4.Familiar with ERP/MRP system 熟悉ERP/MRP 系统
Attitude态度：Good sense of responsibility, Carefulness, Good teamwork spirit
具有强烈的责任感,谨慎细致,良好的团队合作精神.
