Core Tasks / 主要工作职责
1. Supervision of warehouse and loading area.
2. Supervision of logistics Contractors and transportation companies.
3. Keeping warehouse & loading areas tidy.
4. Supporting TPM activities in the logistics area.
5. Support SCM to monitor and track logistics relevant KPIs, maintain required reporting in a timely manner.
6. Ensure compliance to all product quality and hygiene requirements.
7. Training of employees, Logistics Contractors and transportation companies.
8. Taking care of packing materials.
9. Cooperation with handling department for development and optimization of packing materials.
10. Cooperation with procurement to ensure sufficient availability of pallets and packaging materials.
11. Control and optimize net working capital (NWC) for the company.
12. Cooperation with QM and production to handle non-conforming products.
13. Special tasks in alignment with the Supply Chain Manager (SCM).
14. Warehouse inventory management."

Qualification Specifications / 任职资格
"Technical Knowledge Base/ 专业知识
1. Good understanding of silo & packaging equipment operation,
2. Be familiar or willing to become familiar with automated packaging equipment
3. Keep up to date with local, regional, national and ** internal regulations, guidelines and laws.
4. Preferable knowledge on handling of powders and solid particles.
5. Good knowledge of several IT-Tools (MS Office, SAP).
6. Training, Certification and experience for forklift driving"

1. Assist SCM and control and manage the packaging operational budget for silo &packing and warehouse operation;

"Other Specifications / 其他
1. Minimum Education level: University Degree
2. Sound communication and leadership skill;
3. Strong technical understanding of (automated) packaging systems preferred;
4. At least 2 years experience for warehouse management or production/packing operation management will be preferred.
5. Capability of priority setting and multi-tasking capabilities
6. Language skills: Good English and Chinese"
