Education / Experience
1. Technical education background (preferably University graduate and above in Mechanical, food science, chemistry, medical or related subjects).
2. Solid food industry experience within the product category.
3. Has the strong working experience for process or package or project management.
Special Knowledge
1. Project Management experience for industrialization involving a range of projects of varying size and complexity (experience in managing major projects / multiple projects).
2. Factory experience in multiple category of products.
3. Experience of communication with R&Ds / PTC / CTAG/ TCU/Factory and external.
4. Good English skill for listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Skill
1. Proven capability of managing resource in factory and markets, seeking help and support ｆｒｏｍ　Nestle R&D network to deliver commitment for project.
2. Proven capability of fast adapt new technology and new manufacturing solution.
3. Proven capability of problem dissolving and debottleneck.
Responsibilities:

1. Ensure objectives & targets of PIC are reached (i.e. I&R I2L projects, technical support and knowledge transfer to factories).
2. Process mastership creation (new category) and maintain (existing category).
3. Leverage NPTC/R&D resources to help the GCR business grow with new technology.
4. Participate in processing network globally.
5. Support package related projects.
6. Complete the assigned tasks within the desired time and quality.
