工作职责：
• Carry out routine QC analysis of samples, products and intermediates as required, adhering to written procedures / SOPs when in place
根据操作规程实施产品及中间体的日常检测
• Ensure the test results are accurate and recorded correctly in the lab books and on analytical reports
保证测试结果准确并正确的记录在记录本和分析报告上
• Ensure the results are obtained in a timely manner and communicated with the appropriate member of staff
保证可以及时得到数据并与相关人员沟通
• Responsible for the tests result and issue CoA based on the test results
对测试结果负责并发布检测报告
• Investigate out of specification results
对不符合质量标准的结果进行调查
• Develop QC methods as required and accurately record them
分析方法的开发及记录
• Responsible for equipment’s routine maintenance and calibration
负责分析设备的日常维护及校验
• Assist in general 5S management in QC laboratory
保证实验室的5S
• Ensure personal PPE is kept properly cleaned and maintained
保证个人防护用品的清洁和维护
