Requirements:

1.Degree in Chemical/Materials/Textile Engineering

2.At least 5+ years industrial Cleaning Tools/Consumables with a focus on R & D, and substantial design,process,and product knowledge.

3.Good communications skill, strong organization and correspondence ability

4.Fluency in both written and spoken English

5.Be reliable, self confident and a good team player

6.Good computer literature, Be able to read drawing

7.Logical and organized approach to problem solving

Responsibilities:

1.Develop new products based on customer’s requirements ｆｒｏｍ　business team.

2.Sourcing new materials and ｃｒｅａｔｅ　new concept design.

3.Initiate proper paperwork to evaluate vendor capability to perform when looking at potential new vendor .

4.Develop manufacturing processes to support any new products developed by the company.

5.Be responsible for products development and improvement.

6. Provide technical support and training to customers.

7.Any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by Manager.
